Digital, as a discipline, spans our entire business. By digital we mean not just technology, but the way in which we use that technology to deliver our business, brands and processes, and importantly the way in which we use digital channels to engage with our customers. It’s less of a ‘thing’ and more of a way of doing things; hence our vision to engender to a ‘Digital-First’ approach to enabling our business at Ocean.
