You’ll work specifically within the Housing Publications division, working to deliver an exceptional service to our customers. Your role will include:

• Maintaining strong working relationships with clients and driving positive perceptions of the value Inside and Social Housing provides
• Implementing the marketing activities across multiple channels
• Liaising with the clients on briefing calls to understand deliverables for the campaign
• Creating and managing campaign schedules to ensure all deadlines are met
• Reporting on activities undertaken with the client in a timely and professional manner – both internal and external reporting
• Assessing, monitoring and improving marketing efficiency by conducting regular analysis of marketing KPI’s, reporting on campaign results to elevate success
