This role provides an exciting opportunity for you to implement your existing skills and experience to help create sales opportunities and set a new standard of exceptional customer service.


With its base in the buzzing commercial hub of Canary Wharf, Ocean Media is both well-established and strongly positioned for substantial growth. Ambitious, innovative, entrepreneurial and fun, the group is full of leading titles in its two key markets: Housing and Bridal/Weddings spanning events, publications and data services.


You’ll work specifically within the Subscriptions division, working to deliver an exceptional service to our customers. Your role will include:

  • Creating digital marketing campaigns targeted at registered users (non-subscribers)
  • Monitoring, updating and tracking existing campaigns with the use of Google Analytics and other campaign monitoring tools, proactively suggesting ways to drive subscriptions further
  • Creating marketing emails including, content newsletters, flash sales, new issue alerts, and renewal reminders
  • Assisting with subscription promotions of the magazines via both on and offline channels including social media, email, print, web and events with the support of the wider team
  • Identifying corporate opportunities and transferring enquiries to the corporate team
  • Handling customers general enquiries via phone and email
