This next step in your sales career provides an exciting opportunity for you to take control and be responsible for selling Housing Expert itself to senior decision makers from organisations looking to work with the housing sector in order to help them win more business and stay ahead of their competitors

You’ll work specifically within the Housing Expert Sales division, alongside one other, working to deliver an exceptional service to our customers. Your role will include:

  • Preparing, presenting and negotiating business proposals to clients
  • Preparing sales plans for key accounts as required
  • Acquiring an extensive comprehension of market trends and developments in the UK housing sector, as well as understanding the competitor landscape
  • Account management: leading product training sessions, responding promptly to customer needs and feedback, and then communicating these to the research team
